An RFID system is composed of
RFID Tags
A RFID tag is a smart tags that store all the information associated with a specific item on their chip. This information is sent via radio frequency to RFID readers.
RFID Printers
RFID printers are used to properly encode the RFID tag chip with the necessary information. These can be industrial, portable or desktop.
RFID Reader
Are the devices that read the information contained in the RFID tag using radio frequency waves.
RFID Antennas
It is the intermediary for the reader to transmit the radio frequency signal and receive the information contained in the RFID tag, and then transmit it to the company's management system (WMS or ERP).
RFID Middleware
The RFID Middleware, in other words, our Cixxonia platform, let you store and manage the data collected by the reader and acts as an intermediary between the system and the different management programs of the company, such as the WMS or the ERP.
